A FAIRGROUND, with a global urban facade of Carlsberg
AN ABACUS, arranging the location of activities
PIPES irrigating the interior from Frame
PATCHS as artificial landscapes where buildings were removed

SUSTAINABILITY

Ready madeSustainability requires a continuous cycle in which social, environmental and economic spheres are balanced. In order to synchronize these spheres, Carlsberg should be built by existing surpluses in building industry and purchasing dismantled pieces from other ones.

IDENTITY

frameReality needs auxiliary constructions to be made. Furthermore, nothing needs such a precise and specific design than open developments, where imprecision is characteristic at the beginning. As well, making process visible was one of our statements.Both these circumstances made us to built Carlsberg identity with open process, being a frame with required facilities the urban image of the site.

TRAVOLATOR

This was the frame associated with pedestrian mobility between Enghave, Carlsberg and Valby.
Why not to overlap connective paths and leisure experiences? Why not to make both fun an effective the connection between two desired points?

NATURAL SPHERE

This was the frame associated with renewable energy to use inside the plot.
To get a sustainable city, it is important to strengthen connection with nature, making evident how human factors affect the green corridor as well as letting the people to feel the freedom of scales.

ARTS & CRAFTS

This was the frame associated with regaining traditional production.

Just the urban axis will be established, coming from adjacent districts.
Thus, the new city becomes an extension of the older one being a cultural enrichment for Vesterbro & Frederiksberg districts

WHEELED TRACKS

This was the frame associated with vehicular mobility connection.

Traffic lanes were elevated to built a "roadscape" that liberates ground, allowing pedestrians to cross to Carlsberg without risks.
